Apparently, some dumbass doesn't know the rules about driving on flight lines.
The speed limit is 5 mph when you're within 100 feet of any plane -- and driving
under aircraft wings is strictly forbidden. Also -- no driving on active
runways or taxiways without having direct communication with the air traffic
control tower, and the driver is required to know the ground traffic light
signals.
Depending on where this took place, the FAA could fine the driver and the
airfield up to $10,000 each for this mess, and I certainly hope that they did.

What's to say the plane didn't taxi into the car? Maybe they started the plane
while the techs car was still parked beside it? Maybe it was an engine test? I
HIGHLY doubt anyone would drive into the belly doors of an airplane on purpose
which you will notice have also impacted the car. I'm going with plane hit
car, not visa versa.
