BYW, no one specified whether the murderer was male or female.
A murderer is by definition someone who had murdered. Unless this hypothetical
murderer could have managed to commit murder from within the womb then it could
not possibly have been born a murderer.
And what the hell does any of this have to do with a fish climbing a tree or
having the capacity of self consciousness to perceive and believe itself to be
anything at all? Are fish sentient beings?
