I have no idea, I assumed like a 5g weight or something

But haven't seen one of those coins. Also, I haven't used coins in a couple of years so no surprise..

Well it's not Australian.
But is found in other UK "Territories".
Also a clue to where I have been hiding, I mean working, last year.
