False comparison. The FEMA money goes to the people. The money to the Ukraine goes to bombs, tanks, etcetera and not to the people. You could say it goes to the opposite of people since the purpose is to get rid of some pesky Russian people and their toys that keep flying over the fence.

It's a damn shame we're not actually giving any money to the Ukrainian people, but it's also a damn shame that the displaced in Hawaii are only getting $700.
