It looks so, but the line of rocks is actually made of anchent roman bricks, it is a wall, and there are more walls under the surface which unfortunately are not visible in this picture.

You'll see that at the end of the wall there is a line going to the right, it is another wall just below the surface. Actually when you go walking on these walls you can see all around, below the surface, the shapes of the rooms of the villa.
Unfortunately at the moment I do not have a better picture, when I went there last it was winter and I didn't want to put my feet in the water to get the picture
