I had Suse Linux for my OS on my last computer, I liked it a lot, but could
never figure out how to make real player or quicktime work...It was probably
something really simple too...

I run plain ole Linspire w/gxine for everything but WMVs when I hafta switch
off to Mplayer. Though I love the speed of the OS and the lack of system lock
ups I had with XP, for someone who's not too geeky it can be a challenge at
times

I like FreeBSD. It is not as hyped as Linux but is really powerful.
