They are accused of blowing up an Air India flight in an act of terrorism 20 years ago. Flight left from Canada and blew up over the Atlantic Ocean near Scotland.
Everyone pretty much knows they are fucking guilty (another took a plea bargin to testify against them, another was killed by Indian police), the problem was the fucking prosecution couldn't prove it. Judge seems to think they are guilty, but couldn't convict as it wasn't "beyond a reasonable doubt"
