Meanwhile, I have something to say to you Rouge 1. If we're going to go to pre-1946, why don't we go back to the old fashioned way of things. Like 234207 said, at one point winning a war was reason enough for land to be considered yours. Israel has had to fight essentially the whole Mualim world since it's founding. They have managed to beat them back with a stick and historically that's all that's needed to call the land theirs.
Besides, if you want to really get ancient here, consider these facts you can learn by reading the Koran:
The most mentioned name in the Koran is Moses. If you read it all, you would learn that ISLAM teaches that ISRAEL BELONGS TO THE JEWS!!!
