Well, he's just another US educated lowlife. But he's not the only one. Some of them are American.
What he really is, is the product of a bunch of right wing career screw-ups who got their degrees in Machiavellian Behaviorism out of a Cracker Jack Box.
Rumsfeld was their gimp for decades and there are photos and congressional transcripts to prove it.
