Saddam never gassed the Kurds. That is a lie told by George Bush I for Gulf War I. The Defense Intelligence agency already exposed that lie.
The Kurds are gypsys. Everyone has kicked them out of their country. Turkey had an active war in until 1998 kicking them out of the country and back into Iraq. Iran kicked them out too. But Saddam had bigger problems so he let them squat on Iraqi land.
