You must not live on the east coast. The colonists targeted civilian Tories because they were providing intelligence for the british.
Who cares if the "iraqi freedom fighters" kill civilians ? They don't have the weapons to take the coalition on head to head so they have to do what works. Killing civilians always works in the long run.
