Those are virtualy meaningless, and given that the people left in N.O. were the poor, and they lost pretty much everything, a pair of sneakers can be pretty useful. New Orleans/Biloxi/etc are virtually wiped out, and people are worried about some looting? Jesus. Worry more about the sick and infirm in the hospitals and why they weren't evacuated before the hurricane hit, who are now dying due to lack of food and electricity.
