Christ, you are all pretty quick to jump to conclusions. This guy is a flag-seller who operates a stall outside of Flushing Meadows. A cigarette butt flicked by a careless passerby landed on his stack of US flags. It caught fire, and so naturally the stall-holder tried to stamp the burning flag out. Jeez...
