What is the difference between some relative of the President of the United States having an alcohol problem and a government employee on taxpayer time goldbricking on my money? Not much.
Ask John Kennedy's brother Ted about his alcohol problem. Ask Mary Jo Kopechne about Ted's alcohol problem...oops, sorry, Ted killed her.
Ask Jimmy Carter about his brother Billy's alcohol problem.
