Yes, the f.b.i., c.i.a., d.e.a., or any other federal investigative agency should have access to whatever means necessary to prosecute criminals to the full extent of the law, period! I don't see it as an infringement of privacy, but the protection of innocent people. if someone is suspected of commiting a crime, they should every peice of evidence available to them for their case. wash. post, don't bother with it.
