Beleive what you want. But I have to say something about "...tossed 3000 gallons of high octane jet fuel...", If that's what your factoring on, it's that big fire ball, the initial "high octane" fuel burnig off. I don't know how hot that fuel burn was, but iron, and I refrence pg. 729 in my modern welding text, Iron has a melting temprature of 2790F or 1530C, and if they were steel alloys they could with stand over 1000F more befor melting.
Those buildings didn't insenerate when "your fuel" burnt up, so what?
