Not exactly, but close to what he said) You can give up booze, smoking, sex, red meat, etc.... You can exercise all the time, drink only water, eat only healthy foods, sleep from 9:30pm to 5:30am, etc.... It does not make you live longer. It only makes it SEEM as though you are living longer."
