I think Canon and Nikon are very nice. I used Nikon's film cameras... F2, FE, FM2, FA and FM10 (They are all used articles but very good things) when I was more young.
But Nikon's digital cameras and lenses are too expensive. Canon's digital EOS series are same.
Now I use SONY's DSC-F828 with Carl Zeiss's 28-135mm T* optical zoom lens (Digit zoom : 135-200mm). It was about 80,000Yen (about 660 US$).
And use as sub camera SONY's DSC-T5. I always carry out DSC-T5.
But SONY's cameras are " _Cameras of Electronics makers_ ". They will never be more well than " _Cameras of Camera makers_ " like Nikon and Canon, I think. One of my friend who is SONY SHOP's chief said same things.
