I wouldn't go so far as to say that its ugly. But there are some styling cues that simply don't work, like the tacky 80's Testarossa air strakes on the fairing, and the stylized "K" shaped air vent in the lowers. The front is a bit bulbous and busy, and the rest of the bodywork seems like it is trying hard to be different for difference's sake. However ugly you think it is, like the Hayabusa, it goes so fast that no one will care or notice.
