Speeding is illegal and puts many lives in danger. But a driver most times only gets fined. Why not jail time for 1 mph over the limit ? It's illegal so we should take drastic measures to punish speeding.

the learning the language crap is stupid. Like I said in earlier posts. There is no requirement for people born in the US to learn english so why should there be a higher standard for people who come from other countries ?

Conservatives are really mixed up on this issue. Conservatives used to be all about individual rights and freedoms without government entanglements of law.

if the majority of your customers spoke spanish guess who as the business man would be learning spanish ? You dumbass. Those who wish to succeed at their business have to adapt their product, sales pitch, etc to their customers. Otherwise that business will die quickly.
