why not just give the mexicans California, Arizona, New Mexico and Texas. They can have that land to do what they want with it, make it Aztlan. A new state in Mexico. But I can bet you 1 billion dollars that they will have it screwed up in less then 10 years. People then will be illegally crossing over into Nevada, Oregon, Oklahoma, etc. still demanding more free stuff.
