madmex can't learn to speak english, or spell, it is a fact that the average IQ for a mexican is 89. Intelligence is something you are born with, unfortunately for medmex he was born into a race of inbreds and morally corupt people, he can not change. So we must learn to try and deciphyer his pre-7th grade mental state.
