This is a common site in the touristy areas of India. Children are kidnapped at a young age. they cut off the arms/legs or break them sometimes blind them, so foreiners would show pitty and give them money. They are made to beg for money night and day nonstop, fed enough only to keep them alive.
because they were kidnapped at a young age most of them do not have an education or knowledge of original family.
