I suppose it depends on the context it's done in Dingo. Anywhere but politically, givin away stuff you don't own is viewed as theft and I think you'd be hard put to find anyone thinkin this concept is anything like fair. Most folks will likely say they prefer to keep what they work for and should they decide to give things away that they should then be in charge of who they deem deserving of the fruits of their labors as a freebie.

But, in the realm of politics, Dems use the concept of New Speak to term this same action as "redistribution" of wealth, services, etc.
