I've got a brother, also in Texas, who was always a serious iron-gut mofo, back when we were younger. It was pretty rare for him to find anything that would get his attention and make him say, "Ok, that's just about hot enough." Now that he's almost 50, I don't know if he can still hang with the big dogs. I know that my own system isn't nearly as robust as it used to be.
