That's the secret elfin baptismal ritual that is performed when the little bastards go to work for me for life. One of 'em must've taken one of the picture phones I was supposed to deliver for Christmas & snapped a pic'. Somebody's gonna be mucking out the reindeer stable and emptying my chamberpot for life.
