14. In striving to achieve continuity with the requirements placed upon the office of president in regard to federal congressional members no congress person shall be allowed to serve more than 2 consecutive terms in office.

15. No person shall be considered as a valid presidential candidate prior to full disclosure of verifiable documentation insuring complicity with all constitutionally mandated requirements for any proposed candidates legal right to hold such office. Delays in presenting such required and validatable documentation extending past 30 (calendar) days from the submission of all necessary documentation required prior to the announcement of a candidates decision to seek the office of president through the process of a general national election will automatically invalidate their eligibility to seek such office in this and all subsequent elections.

16. All congress persons will be subject to removal from office through the process of a home state implemented vote of confidence referendum at any point during their term in office in which they fail to garner more than a 50% margin of support by a vote of their constituents. In the event such a congressional member is removed from office their seat will remain unfilled except through a special home state election which must be held within 60 (calendar) days following the members removal from office.

17. Any holder of the office of the president of the US shall be subject to removal from office through the process of a national vote of confidence referendum at any point during their term in which they fail to garner more than a 50% margin of support by a vote of all registered voters. In the even of a presidents removal by such a process their office will passed to the incumbent vice president for the remainder of their term.

18. Voter registration in all local, state and federal elections shall be denied to any person incapable of providing legal status as either a natural born or naturalized citizen of the US in addition to all other regulations regarding elimination of voting right by citizens.

19. Any immigrant to the US having sought and achieved legal citizenship shall have such citizenship rights as well as all rights to appeal such citizenship removed inperpetuity and their deportation ordered upon being found guilty of any crime classified as a felony in any state or through federal jurisdiction. All such persons will be immediately remanded into federal custody upon such a conviction and held for a period not to exceed 30 (calendar) days prior to their deportation. Any such convicted individuals bank accounts, stocks, bonds and all physical assets or property(ies) shall be immediately seized upon such a conviction with all liquid assets to be sold at auction to the highest bidder posessing legal US citizenship. Any and all funds or assets seized as well as all proceeds from sale at auction of other assets will be utilized to reimburse expenses extended on behalf of state or federal courts for their investigation, prosecution and conviction. All remaining funds over and above such costs will be used to reimburse federal entities for the costs involved in their subsequent deportation. Any remaining funds over and above such fees and charges will be wire transferred to any account of the defendants choosing within their country of deportation upon confirmation of their arrival there.

20. In the event of conviction of a state or federal felony any person seeking naturalization as a citizen of the US shall have all such rights removed, immedialtely remanded into federal custody prior to deportation to their country of origin with 30 (calendar) days following their conviction. Such a conviction will be allowed one (1) appeal for such a conviction provided the defendant agrees to payment of all costs and fees involved regarding the appeal process on the part of the federal government and prepayment of all attorney(ies) fees required by the defendant for legal counsel/representation in the appeal process. In the event the appeal overturns the lower courts initial ruling all funds paid by the defendant to the federal court system shall be reimbursed to the successful defendant.
