30. if someone is found to be lying/stretching the truth in any way to the people (party propaganda), they will be imprisoned for a minimum of 20 years. this does not exclude any person whatsoever! if it is the president himself, he will be immediately impeached and the opposing party may pick his successor. the guilty president will do double term in prison.
