Northrop YB-35's probabbly about to be converted from prop driven YB-35 to jet powered YB-49. They were all soon scrapped. Jack Northrop was a die hard believer in the flying wing concept clear back to the 1930's and lived just long enough to see some of his dreams fulfilled in the B-2 stealth bomber.
