I could build ya a 2.4l turbo, drop it in an AWD Eclipse/Talon/Evo chassis that would smoke a 6.2l Vette or a 4.6l Stang, outperform that stuff every day of the week and two or 3 times every sundee and ..... still get 30mpg when driving it sanely.
Saw a vid the other day of a 2.0l Evo hitting 237mph and NOT on some 6 mile long salt flat type run either. Came across another vid of a pair of Evos out highway Ferarri huntin & both of 'em top ended the Ferarris. Hadta really piss the Ferarri cats off to have a lil Evo pull 'em from 130+
