My neighbor offered it and gave me the key. Didn't even ask. I was using another neighbors before, also was offered, but hers was really low signal due to the distance. Sometimes I can get a "very good" signal here but he's got another neighbor using it and he's got at least 5 devices on it himself so it bottlenecks sometimes. I don't like mooching connections without permission and never have done it.
