In fact, no school anywhere in the first world economy is allowed to charge tuition fees.
That what a "school fee" is. It's a fee to cover teaching costs (in a group environment). Think about it.....
Anyone can pay a private tutor to come to their home to help their kids with their homework.
It's outside of school hours and nobody's business but their own.
So I reiterate, this statement is baseless.
