Hmm, seems you're obviously forgetting the period when he held a Dem majority in both the House and the Senate during the 1st 2 yrs in his 1st term in office. Even after the House flipped in 2010 to Republican the Dems still held the majority of seats in the Senate.

Of course it's not a hard thing to forget since even with that majority he simply ignored his campaign promised actions anyway, despite having had the backing to have easily undertaken them.

Oh wait, he did still manage to shove Obozocare down our collective throats. Of course that was utterly in staunch denial of the will of the majority view of the American people, but that's of little consequence when you've already received the Nobel Peace Prize for having done nothing at all but win an election
