Yup it's a fine if you don't vote here.
Now, you can get away with it, if you're not enrolled etc .. but legally voting is compulsory for all adults (but nothing stops you, if you REALLY don't want to vote, of drawing a big cock on the page and putting it in the box - but you have to turn up and get a voting form).
You may optionally give an explanation for why this post was reported, which will be sent to the moderators along with the report. This can help the moderator to understand why you reported the post.
