I think he tried to sue both Jeremy Clarkson and the BBC twice; and lost both times because the reviews were factually correct.
Something about the Tesla Roaster only lasting 80 miles or something on the track, which obviously it'll last less time than on the road but Musk didn't like that; and the 2 review cars they were given both broke down.
