The same principles apply:
1. War makes money;
2. Crisis sells newspapers, and;
3. There is no three!
All that money provided by the yank taxpayer isn't aid, it's to buy Ukrainian assets. If Ukraine wins, it's transferred as a debt for asset swap, if Russia wins, the yank taxpayer foots the bill. Heads I win, tails you lose! But Russia and China are not playing the same game.
