This is the type of 'science' that annoys me when it's presented as end fact: just calculations on a desk.
The sun is no longer yellow, it's white, it went straight there with no drama. In fact someone had to point it out to me as, like most people., I don't spend time looking at the sun. We're heading to a white dwarf (guess: in 2.5-3 thousand years trying to live on the earth's surface will be bad indeed)
