Ok.... this is where you wake up and realize that our army in Iraq is fighting: 1) a losing battle against an opponent that's only getting larger, 2) there's no honor in invading a country and occupying it on false pretenses at best, and outright deliberate lies at worst, and 3) having our armed forces fighting and dying in Iraq IS NOT A GOOD THING. Get it through your skull already. The war in Iraq was based on lies. Accept it.

so you supported a dictatorship which wanted WMD =wether= or not it had them. You supported the genocide of the Kurds? Yes Americans are dying but it's for a good cause. Another 30 years of Saddam would have been *such* a good thing I suppose?

94220---Let me ask you , have you even been to Iraq? I think not, or you would know that we aren't losing. The cowards that you honor can't even fight us as soldiers. They hide and blow up cars, and innocent civilians. Maybe you should put down the paper, not believe everything you read, and put on a uniform.

Let me make sure I've got this straight. Apparently it's ok to lay waste to a country under false pretenses, it's ok for an American president to sign an executive order preventing anyone from seeking any kind of restitution for anything that happened in Iraq, it's ok to justify the murder of innocent civilians by the thousands(because that's what it is, invasion of a foreign country doesn't justify the death of ONE civilian, let alone thousands)by speculating on 'what might have happened in the future', but it's not ok to argue against the injustices that have been done in the name of 'freedom'? Mind explaining this to me?

I'm not sure where 94220 is from but I would like him/her to name one country that has had a war that did not kill civilians. War is war people die, but if you want to be technical about the whole issue and believe what you read in the papers, then you cannot deny that the terrorists kill more civilains than we do, and the do it daily.
