If you have that technology, what's the point of making it such an unrealistic
humanoid? You cannot disguise it as a human and I'm certain this robot, whatever
it's purpose, would be more effective without 2 legs, 2 arms with fingers and a
head.
Legs and arms are useful as they would enable the robot to climb and go over
obstacles that a caterpillar track could not. The head is pointless, a 360
degree camera on top of the robot perhaps, but an entire human head is bulky and
pointless. I wouldn't accept a human head to interact with humans in an
emotional manner, if you have this technology you might as well go 100% and make
everything in human proportions, which has not been done.
This robot is as pointless as a robotic chicken. The only purpose I can think of
for it's existence would be for intimidation and it's not very scary anyway.

2) the point of a human head is actually for intimidation, would you piss
yourself more looking at a camera or a metalic carved face with snarl and
glowing eyes?
3) why does it have to be in 100% human porportions? maybe its designed to do
something humans cannot, see those long arms? maybe to reach something you

interaction" because this thing looks more like a killing device than a
kids doll

just thought id save dickheads like you looking it up) so i have a little better
understanding of robotics than your science fiction point of veiw. this thing is
a killer, design to scare people into paralysation and probably crush or rip
them apart judging by those hydraulics on the arms

seriously. i think this thing would be solid enough to withstand anything short
of a TOW so if you wanted to kill someone with it i think its pure form would be
more effective for the scare factor.
