I post this picture to serve as a general reminder to all of my fellow
Americans, that the NFL season begins this week. Never take for granted this
wonderful sport that we are blessed with in this country. Pity those who arent
as fortunate as us.

Why is it called American Football when ostensibly they use their hands? From
what I've seen the NFL, what with the helmets and shoulder pads, looks like
Rugby for nancy boys.

I am sick of listening to people argue over who is better or worse jsut because
they are different. When will you small-minded people that it is the differences
in opinion and culture that make the world such a wonderful place? Would you
really lke it if the whole world was homogenized into one culture? then all you
all you ignorant, arrogant and self-righteous posters would have no one to
insult.
For the record, I am a fan of Rugby football (go the Wallabies). However i can
see that American football has it's merits. The pads they wear don't mean that
they are afraid of getting hurt. Similar to a boxer's gloves, it allows them to
hit harder.
Come on, some people show their lack of intelect by immediately being affraid of
something that is different.
