It is EL DJEM, in Tunisia. Tunisia has another circus located further into the desert, MUCH bigger than this one. It can only be seen from the air. My father spotted it when he was seconded to the Tunisian Air Force back in the late 1950ies. It has not appeared in any publications so far (as far as I know).
