1) A president can't delay an election. Outside of his jurisdiction.
2) It's Trump that wants to put off the verdicts indefinitely, and why he wants to win office -- so he can tell the Justice Department to drop all the cases against him.
3) Biden has not expressed any intention or interest in putting off the election pending trial outcomes. Because he knows that while the wheels of justice move slowly, they will preclude Trump from holding the office, let alone run for it, once certain verdicts come in. The SCOTUS has not yet said he's ineligible, but they have said that his acts are not exempt from justice.
