For the most part, the world doesn't like bullies. That's why everyone has turned on Russia, on China. The US will find itself very lonely if they start attacking allies, even if only verbally.

He is a bully who knows nothing of empathy, friendship, or allies, everything is a transaction, the world is just real estate to be bought or taken by eminent domain. He'll either die soon or be pushed out by Vance and his cabal of backers who are really no better and perhaps worse. He ran his campaign on lowering prices and deporting non-citizens and now before even taking office he's babbling about world conquest.
