In that case then, why are those lights on your dash lit up. Is that red one the handbrake? Looks like you have taken a pic of the typical test functions when you turn the ignition on. I too have a photo of my speedo showing very high km/h

To the second comment: It's not the handbrake light which is lightened, just the normal brakes one...
